Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste- A paste for authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice in Malaysia.
This Hainanese Chicken Rice paste is made by combining the essences of traditional ginger,
garlic and spices. It can be added in cooking rice, permeating every bite of rice and making it
fresh chicken aroma.
This paste makes the rice more fragrant, smooth and plump to enhances the overall taste of the
chicken rice, allowing you to easily make the authentic flavor of Hainanese Chicken Rice at
home.
Every bite of rice is a perfect combination of chicken aroma, ginger and garlic. Just one bite will
delivering a deeply satisfying taste.
烹煮方法/CookingMethod / Cara Memasak:
1. Pour in 100gm of paste. Add in 30gm of rice.
倒入100克即煮酱料,放入350克的米。
Masukan 100g pes ke dalam periuk dan tambah 30gm beras.
2. Add 2-3 spoons of cooking oil / butter.
倒入2-3汤匙的食油/牛油。
Tambah 2-3 sudu minyak masak / mentega.
3. Add water. Stir well.
倒入水,搅拌均匀。
Tambah air. Gaul rata.
4. To have better taste, when the rice half cooked, stir the rice and continue cook.
饭煮至半熟时,搅拌饭及继续煮。
Untuk dapatkan rasa yang lebih sedap, kacau nasi apabila sudah separuh masak dan
teruskan sehingga nasi masak sepenuhnya.
5. Serve hot when the rice is ready.
饭煮好后,及可出锅。
Sediakan nasi dalam keadaan masih panas.
Ingredients: Chicken Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Chicken Seasoning, Lactic Acid, Soya Oil, Spices.
配料:鸡油,姜,大蒜,鸡精调味料,乳酸,大豆油,食用香料
Bahan: Minyak Ayam, Halia, Bawang Putih, Perasa Ayam, Asid Laktik, Minyak Soya, Rempah
ratus.
