Oriental Rendang Paste- A traditional Malaysian cuisine paste. It simmered with a variety of
spices with coconut milk, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, chili peppers and other natural ingredients.
It has a rich and intense flavor and a unique taste.
Oriental Rendang Paste is perfect stewing meats for chicken or beef. It make the meat to fully
absorb the essence of the sauce during the slow- cooking process, making the meat tender,
juicy and more delicious.
Easily make the traditional and delicious Rendang dish at home! Every bite is filled with multi
layered spicy flavor, leave you with a lingering flavor.
烹煮方法/CookingMethod / Cara Memasak:
1. Pour one packet (100g) of instant paste, 400g± chicken whole leg into a pot.
Heat and stir for a while
将一包仁当即煮酱料(100g)和鸡全腿(400g±)倒入锅中,加热及搅拌
Masukan 100g pes ke dalam kuali bersama 400g ayam.
Panas dan kacau untuk seketika
2. Add in 100g water and cook till boiled (10- 15min)
加入清水(100g),加热煮沸·(10-15分钟)
Tambahkan 100g air ke dalam kuali masak sehingga mendidih (10- 15min).
3.Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 30min
煮沸后,再以小火焖煮30分钟
Masak selama 30 minit dengan api yang perlahan.
4. Lastly, remove mixture from heat.
Serve Well.
然后,将仁当鸡全腿拿出,准备食用
Sedia untuk dihidang.
